FORMS:
A form will be sent out once you schedule an appointment, it must be filled out prior to your appointment.
We will also require a rabies vaccination on file, you can send a photo of the rabies certificate to 7578143962 or bring it in at your appointment. The rabies tag will not work, there is no expiration date on the actual tag!

There are times where pets do not respond well to grooming.​ In the event of a health or safety concern, I will contact the owner immediately. Depending on the needs of the pet, special handling fees may apply.

My name is Michelle Potter, Owner of Sunset Creek Dog Grooming. Over 10 years ago I started my grooming career at Petco as a bather, I then went to grooming school and earned my certificate. Since then, I have had the opportunity to travel and groom in other states, learning and perfecting my skills. After returning back to Virginia in 2017 I was able to open a small grooming business in my home and finally had the opportunity to open my own salon in Hampton! 

I am married and have 2 wonderful little boys and 3 dogs of my own. I have always had a strong love for animals, especially dogs. For as long as I can remember, I’ve brought home strays, helped find their homes and have even been known to save a wild animal or 2 (my parents were never bored!). I will go out of my way to meet just about any pet and their owners!

I have worked with many breeds, conditions and temperaments throughout my years grooming. It is my personal goal to make your pet as comfortable as possible in my salon, also the opportunity to live their life comfortably!

My promise to my clients is that I will give any pet a chance at my salon with no judgement, despite their “reputation” or condition as long as your pet and myself can remain safe.

Hi my name is Addy.  I have been grooming for 5 years after graduating from Michigan School of Canine Cosmetology in 2019.  I stated my career in Michigan before grooming in South Carolina. I came here to Virginia in October of 2021.  I am certified through Barkleigh Productions Inc. in canine CPR, skin and coat care, and difficult dog handling.  I have participated in multiple grooming seminars and competitions with the motivation to continuously improve my skills. 

I love dogs of all sizes and breeds.  I enjoy grooming all types of dogs even the ones that are a little more challenging because I feel all dogs are sweet at heart.  They just need to find the right person that they trust.  

I have a daughter who is less than a year old and two dogs, a four year old miniature schnauzer and a three year old labradoodle. When i'm not grooming, I love to go camping with my family and crocheting.
